LaCalma,inside.

A stone house for one or two people. Small on purpose: enough to be comfortable, and little enough that there is nothing to look after.

Where it comes from

It was a hayloft

The house was a hayloft. It was restored with the same stones it was built with, around a hundred years ago.

The windows, the doors and the furniture are vintage, and each one has its own story.

Upstairs

Living room

A vaulted ceiling and bare stone walls. A simple kitchen that covers whatever you need: hob, microwave, fridge and everything to cook and eat with. A big wooden table, an armchair by the window, and wifi steady enough to work on.

Downstairs

Sleeping

A double bed with linen included and a full bathroom with a shower. Bare stone, wood and little else. You get down there by a wooden staircase.

Outside

Terrace with valley views, next to the house

This is where breakfast happens. Facing you are the bell tower, the valley and the sierra. There is a table and chairs.

  • Stable Wi-Fi, good enough to work from here
  • Heater in winter and fan in summer

  • Television or speakers
  • Washing machine
  • Cot or extra beds
  • Adaptation for reduced mobility

Minimum stay of 2 nights all year, public holidays included, and 4 in July and August.
