It is not per person. Whether one or two of you come, the price is the same: the whole house. The maximum is always two people.

Minimum stays

  • 2 nights all year, long weekends and public holidays included
  • 4 nights in July and August, public holidays included

From two nights. The house is meant for staying, not for passing through.

We do not publish a price for long stays. Write to us and we will confirm it.

Romantic pack

€50 added to the price of the stay. This is not the total price.

Payment and cancellation

  • Summer: full payment, non-refundable.
  • Public holidays: deposit as the rest of the year, but non-refundable.
  • Rest of the year: €50 deposit, non-refundable.
  • Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: the rest is refunded. The €50 deposit is never refunded.
  • Less than 14 days: no refund.
  • Change of dates: only with 14 days or more notice and subject to availability.
  • The host confirms the stay when reviewing the request. The deposit is paid after that confirmation, never before.

Payment methods: Bizum or bank transfer.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome, with conditions. Cleaning supplement of €20.

  • Maximum two dogs, always with prior authorisation.
  • They cannot be left alone in the house.
  • They cannot get on the beds.
  • Cats are not accepted.
  • The house is not fenced, so only calm dogs.

How the price works

  1. What you pay is the total for the stay. The calendar gives the exact amount for your nights.
  2. The rate is the same Monday to Sunday. There is no separate weekend price.
  3. If the stay starts in one month and ends in another, each night is charged according to the month it falls in.
  4. From eight nights on, the host confirms the amount.
  5. The final amount is always confirmed by the host when reviewing the request.

For stays of 8 nights or more, the host confirms the amount.

Which days count as a long weekend or public holiday (12 in the calendar)

Stays that include any long-weekend or public-holiday night are charged entirely at the holiday rate, however long the stay — summer included. The calendar gives the exact amount for your dates.

The whole of Easter, from Good Friday to Easter Monday, counts as a holiday whether it falls in March or April.
